Ernesto Yturralde is Ecuadorian and defines himself as a global citizen. Since March 1985, he has built an international career as a Facilitator, Speaker, Coach and Mentor, accumulating more than three decades of experience in learning and organizational transformation processes.
As CEO of Ernesto Yturralde Worldwide Inc., he is deeply passionate about Experiential Learning as a powerful methodology for development and transformation, and a promoter of Intrategy. He serves as a Senior Consultant in Organizational Development, working with institutions and companies across multiple industries in 21 countries, including United Nations Agencies, Microsoft, Unilever, Concorde Group, Merck, Epson, Halliburton and DELL, among others. He is also the designer of the ACP Values Program for the Panama Canal Authority (2014–2018).
